Experienced Artist with a demonstrated history of working in the Fine Art and Animation industry. Eric Sevigny has been recognized internationally with more than 150 illustrated books translated into 20 languages and sold in over 50 countries for the iconic children’s character Caillou. Constantly overflowing with ideas, his insatiable desire to create is what drives him into the universe of painting. Sevigny is painting profesionally since 2005 but since 2016 is now focusing and concentring all his energy on his personal Artistic Career.
Playing actively hockey and baseball since his early age, Eric always been playing and surrounded by sports. As a Hockey goaltender, Eric played Semi-Pro on Ice Hockey and was also the first Canadian to play in the Czech Republic Extraleague in Ball Hockey (strongest league in this country).
With all his contacts and experiences in Sports, the growing demands for commission sports arts brings him to focus on this topic he loves so much.

2018 Commissioned for a painting at Marc-André Fleury (Vegas Golden Knights), Anthony Beauvillier (New-York Islanders) and François Beauchemin (Anaheim Ducks) Golf Tournament. Marc-André Fleury signed the painting.
2018 Commissioned by Antoine Morand for a painting. Antoine Morand , drafted and signed with Anaheim Ducks (NHL), played for Acadie-Bathurst Titans who won the President Cup (QMJHL) and Memorial cup (CHL) in 2018.
2018 Commissioned by Mercier Minor league Baseball for a painting to honor a couple who gave 45 years of their life to volunteering. The ceremony was at one of the 4 Easton Knights games (4 Chevaliers Easton) and broadcast on their show at Canadian TVA sports channel.
2018 Commissioned by Steve Charbonneau for a painting to present at the Golf Tournament for the Adapted Sports Foundation. Steve Charbonneau is a former CFL Football player for the Montreal Alouettes and a two-time Gray Cup champion with the Edmonton Eskimos. Adapted Sports improves the quality of life through sports for people with reduced mobility or disabilities.
